विवेक सबनीस; कै. बाबुराव गोखले व्याख्यानमाला, ‘दैनंदिन जीवनात गीतेचे महत्व’ विषयावर व्याख्यान

विज्ञान आपल्याला आरामदायक आयुष्य देते, तर गीता आपल्याला मनस्वी आनंद मिळवून देते. 21 व्या शतकात सर्वकाही विकत घेता येते, पण आनंद कुठेही विकत मिळत नाही. तो मनस्वी आनंद आपल्याला गीता मिळवून देते, असे प्रतिपादन गीतेचे गाढे अभ्यासक विवेक सबनीस यांनी केले.
व्याख्यान : समाजभूषण कै. पुरुषोत्तम पांडुरंग तथा बाबुराव गोखले स्मारक समिती, कराडच्या वतीने समाजभूषण बाबुराव गोखले यांच्या 38 व्या स्मृतिदिनानिमित्त आयोजित “दैनंदिन जीवनात गीतेचे महत्व” या विषयावरील व्याख्यानात मार्गदर्शन करताना ते बोलत होते.
मान्यवरांची उपस्थिती : अध्यक्षस्थानी समितीचे अध्यक्ष तथा कराड अर्बनचे कुटुंबप्रमुख सुभाषराव जोशी होते. यावेळी सीए दिलीप गुरव, समितीने कार्याध्यक्ष विठ्ठलराव शिखरे, कार्यवाह वि. के. जोशी यांची प्रमुख उपस्थिती होती.
मन व्यवस्थापन व सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोन : 5000 वर्षांपूर्वी सर्वोकृष्ट धनुर्धर अर्जुनाला रणांगणात सांगितलेली गीता आजही कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्तेच्या काळात आपल्या आयुष्याच्या युद्धात उपयोगी आहे. असे सांगताना श्री. सबनीस म्हणाले, गीतेचे आचरण केल्यास आपले आयुष्य आजही सुखाचे, समाधानाचे, आनंदाचे आणि शांततेने जाऊ शकते. गीता आपल्याला मन व्यवस्थापन व आयुष्यात सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोन शिकवते. त्यामुळे जोपर्यंत चंद्र, सूर्य आहे; मनुष्य आहे, तोपर्यंत त्याला मन आहे आणि जोपर्यंत त्याला मन आहे, तोपर्यंत गीता निश्चितच उपयोगी आहे.
तंत्रज्ञानाची देण : आज स्मार्ट फोनमुळे जगभरातील अर्थकारणासह मानवाचे आयुष्यही बदलले असून त्याचा मानवाच्या जीवनावरही परिणाम झाला असल्याचे सांगत श्री. सबनीस म्हणाले, आज तरुण पिढीमध्ये संकटे झेलण्याची क्षमता नाही. ताणतणाव, दुःख, भीती, काळजी ही तंत्रज्ञानाची देण आहे. भौतिक, आर्थिक, शारीरिक दृष्ट्या आपण कमजोर झालोय. आपल्याला संपत्ती, प्रतिष्ठा, प्रसिद्धीचा गर्व झाला; अहंकार झाला. यासाठी गीतेच्या माध्यमातून आनंद, सुख, शांतीकडे नेणारी पंचसूत्री सांगून त्याचे प्रत्येकाने आपल्या आयुष्यात आचरण करावे, असे आवाहन त्यांनी केले.
हेच आयुष्याचे सत्य : लहान मुलांप्रमाणे प्रत्येक गोष्टीत जीवनाचा आनंद घेताना पोक्तपणाची जाणीवही ठेवा, असे सांगताना श्री. सबनीस म्हणाले, यातून ज्ञान, अज्ञान कळाल्यामुळे जीवन आनंदी होते. हेच आयुष्याचे सत्य आहे. शरीर नाशवंत आहे, हे माहीत असतानाही आपण मृत्यूला का घाबरतो? कारण आपण शरीराला आयुष्य मानून बसलोय. यासाठी सुख, दुःखाला आनंदाने सामोरे जा आणि मनसोक्त आयुष्य जगा. पैसा, संपत्ती, ऐश्वर्य हे इथेच राहणार असून आपण आपल्या सोबत केवळ मन घेऊन जाणार आहोत. त्यामुळे मनाला जपा आणि आनंद मिळवा. मनस्वी आनंद मिळवण्यासाठी आपण सर्वांनी गीतेचे आचरण करण्याची शपथ घेऊया. ज्ञानी माणसं शरीराने नव्हे; तर मनाने चांगली असतात. त्यामुळे आपण सर्वांनी निर्मळ आणि निस्वार्थी मन मिळवायचा प्रयत्न करूया, असेही आवाहन श्री. सबनीस यांनी यावेळी केले.
उत्स्फूर्त प्रतिसाद : या कार्यक्रमाला श्रोत्यांचा उत्स्फूर्त प्रतिसाद मिळाला. यावेळी बाबुराव गोखले स्मारक समितीचे पदाधिकारी, सदस्य, तसेच ज्येष्ठ नागरिक, महिलांची मोठी उपस्थिती होती.
बाबुराव गोखलेंचे अध्यात्मकारण
कै. बाबुराव गोखले यांना समाजाने दिलेली समाजभूषण ही पदवी अत्यंत सार्थ असल्याचे सांगत श्री. सबनीस यांनी त्यांच्या कार्याचा थोडक्यात आढावा घेतला. तसेच अर्थकारण, समाजकारण, राजकारण आणि अध्यात्मकारण या चौथर्यावर बाबुराव गोखले यांचे चरित्र आधारलेले असल्याचे सांगून त्यांनी बाबुराव गोखले यांच्या अध्यात्मकारण या पैलूवरही प्रकाशझोत टाकला.
काहीतरी मिळवण्यासाठी, बरेच काही गमावतो
आज मुला, मुलींची लग्नं 35, 40 वर्षाच्या वयापर्यंत होत नाहीत. या दरम्यानच्या काळात आपण काहीतरी मिळवण्याच्या पाठीमागे धावत राहतो. परंतु, काहीतरी मिळवण्याच्या नादात आपण बरेच काही गमावून बसतो. जे आपल्याला परत पैशाने विकत घेता येत नाही, हे आपण सोयीस्करपणे विसरतो. संपत्ती, स्थावर, जंगम मालमत्ता, पगाराला महत्व दिल्याने मुला, मुलींचे वय वाढत जाते. घटस्फोटांचेही प्रमाण वाढले आहे. यावरून समजूतदारपणा कमी झाल्याचे निदर्शनास येत असल्याचे श्री. सबनीस यांनी सांगितले.
